We offer both overall business reviews and individual appraisals. We have partners that can conduct psychometric testing and character analysis too.

Our one day needs analysis can give a snap shot of the business and we will rank the business on where it is today and where we feel that the potential could be going forward. This gives the owner / executive an opportunity to look at which areas of the business they need to prioritise.

These reviews and appraisals can be customised for specific needs  or skills or our standard review can highlight most business priorities. Documenting these findings and giving you a report for future reference is fundamental. We will also make recommendations as to decision points and potential future initiatives. This can form the basis of an action plan that can also be developed if required.

Note: we strongly recommend follow up meetings quarterly to ensure that priority and momentum is maintained.
